League Representatives signed meeting log – All Representatives Present

Open Meeting @ 1:30pm 

Had a Quorum (13/13) to hold meeting and vote 

Request for New Business 

President Informed Representatives that the Schuyler Request for Entry into League for 2015 was dropped for a number reasons explained at the meeting

Discuss future expansion of the league. 

• Discussed concerns and benefits of expansion for the league (see items in blue)
• Representatives decided to continue with the current process and look at each request individually. 

Expansion of League (Schuyler – Pierce)

Geographical Area - # Teams – North / South

Losing close town in last four years (Bancroft – Scribner – Dodge/Howells)

Establish criteria or boundaries for future 

Old Business

Finalize Towns to host the 3rd Place, Semi-Finals & Finals in 2015

• Didget – Wisner 
• Bronco – Oakland 
• Pony – Bancroft/Lyons (towns combined for 2015 and the future)

Approved Regular Season Schedule

• Approved a 12 game schedule (could be adjusted due to scheduling constraints – TBD by league President)

Review Post Season Dates

• Pony All-Star Game will be held Wednesday, July 15th in West Point
• Tournament Start (7/6) & Finish (7/17) – Actual dates TBD

Field Rule (be prepared to discuss options or ideas)

• Reporting of Substitutions in games
  • Decided that any substitutions – Offensive or Defensive MUST be reported immediately to the other team
• Time Limit for Bronco Division Game
  • Decided to have the coaches report start and end times of games. Track for history – trends so they can be discussed in 2016 meeting

Mandatory Coaches Meeting 

• Will be in West Point on Sunday, May 3rd @ Neilsen Center

Times for sessions are 1:00 & 3:00pm

Registration of Teams for League Participation 

(See Operating Rule # 9 – 2015 League Requirements) 

1. League Dues:  $45 (Didget / Broncos)    $60 (Pony)
2. Roster – Submit for each team on Tri-Co League Roster Form (available on web site)
3. Release – For any player transferred (can get signatures @ meeting)
4. Insurance Coverage – Copy of coverage or letter that coverage is being attained
