We met Operating Rule #3 with 12 of 13 towns in attendance at the beginning of the meeting. The remaining Town Representative arrive after the start of the meeting

Treasurers Report for 2015 – reviewed P&L with current balance @ $855.00

Officers - Nominated and voted to retain current Officers for 2016

Request for New Business – please submit prior to meeting

1. Request from Two Rivers Baseball League to consider merging leagues was presented by the League President. Offered some information regarding the request. Opened request for discussion. None was offered. There was no interest in considering this request.

General Business

• Got commitments from the following to host 3^rd, Semi-Finals and Finals in 2016

        Didgets – Wakefield

        Bronco – Wayne

        Pony – Wisner

• Provide - estimated # teams you HAVE PLAYING IN 2016

• Review Age Requirements for 2016

Didgets: 1/1/2005 – 12/31/2006

Bronco: 1/1/2003 – 12/31/2004

Pony: 1/1/2001 – 12/31/2002

Dues: Recommend - NO CHANGE for 2016

REQUESTS FROM NEW TEAMS ASKING FOR ENTRY INTO LEAGUE

• PIERCE – BOD approved entry into the league by a vote of:

28 votes > YES       8 votes >NO

• SCHUYLER – BOD approved entry into the league by a vote of:

33 votes > YERS    3 votes > NO

Discuss future expansion of the league. 

• It was decoded to consider expansion request on an individual basis individual basis.
